Nauseous and Gagging 🤢🤢🤢

Does anyone else just gag and feel nauseous like all day long? I haven’t had any vomiting, but I gag from time to time and just feel nauseous, especially when I haven’t ate anything in a couple hours. I just don’t feel like doing anything, but sleeping because I feel fine when sleeping.
