So for the past few weeks I’ve just felt down and in a general blah mood so I brought it up to my ob.. I do have past depression issues through middle and high school and have been hospitalized for it in the past.. I’ve never suffered postpartum or antepartum depression however with my previous two kids... but with my history she started me on Lexapro 5mg.. I’m just really nervous cuz I’ve read that taking it in the last trimester can cause pulmonary hyperventilation for the newborn and it scares me... is anyone else dealing with depression or on antidepressants with pregnancy.
