Constantly hungry?

My son is 3 weeks old, exclusively formula fed, but he acts like he constantly hungry. We literally just fed him 4 ounces about 45 minutes ago and he’s acting like he’s hungry again

Feed him some more. Between all the leaps and growth spurts they need it. I think from 2-4 weeks my guy was eating 4oz every hour. At 5 weeks he went to 6oz every two hours- and still eats that much at 8.5 months.lol
