Literal pain in the butt

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I attribute everything now to pregnancy so why not?

I’m 11 weeks and for the last few days have had this sharp pain in my left butt cheek that sometimes goes down my entire leg. Sometimes it’s crippling and I fall when I stand up because my leg gives out. Other times it’s a dull, constant pain with sharp twinges every now and then.

I thought I pulled a muscle but my coworker thinks I have a pinched nerve. Anyone else have anything like this? Any recommendations??
