Can you read an analog clock?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. My SO told me that a majority of the workers at his job don’t know how to read an analog clock. It never occurred to me that there were adults out there that couldn’t read the numbers on a clock. It made me wonder if it was a common thing or not, so I decided to make this poll. Thanks for your participation!

I struggle to read an analogue when it's close to the next hour, but before they began to teach my son I could hardly read one at all. It's not that I wasn't  taught, tbh my dad spent hours and tore apart our clock at home to try and teach me. I just struggled to understand it my whole life.
I'm fine at reading them now and my son is ten times better than me at reading them.

😭 I was so shocked when an ex of mine said he didn’t know how to read it. Wow, I thought they teach you that in preschool?

If I’m tire it takes a minute. The problem is so many places don’t have them anymore and we can get the time from phones. 🤷‍♀️. I heard on the radio that a lot of adults can’t read them. I have seen people in my college classes that can’t read them.  It sad to me.  We have a lot in our house.  So my son will have to know how to read them.

I’ve worn the same analog watch since I was about 7 years old since it was each of my older brothers’ before they gave it to me, so I’d have been in trouble if I couldn’t read it lmao.

I use to get the hands mixed up when I was younger.. I can definitely read it now lol.
