Anyone taken 7.5 mg of femara cycle days 3-7 and gotten their bfp? How many rounds did it take? We are in the tww of round 2, cycle day 23 and 9dpo. Want to test sooo badly, but waiting till af is late so I don’t give myself a false positive again.
