3 weeks post miscarriage

I had a miscarriage on May 18th at only about 3-4 weeks, and bled for about 6 days. AF has not arrived yet, but I am having a creamy whitish/tan/pinkish discharge that is more than normal discharge. Should I take a pregnancy test? I really want to take one because I’m so curious, but also nervous.
