Whichever temp you’re used to. Either work just fine. Read up on bbt temping. If you’re ttc, temping will only confirm ovulation, it won’t give you warning ovulation is coming (only cervical mucus and position, and opks can do that). So use those other signs pre ovulation and then use your temping to confirm ovulation.
