What counts as the first day of your period?
I keep getting conflicting information and just wanted opinions on this. My nurse says it's the first full day of bleeding. She says if you period starts before 12 pm, then that counts as day 1. If it starts after 12 pm, then that day doesn't count and you begin the next day.
What's your opinion?
