just wondering if this anything to worry about...

I've had my nexplanon implant for about 3 and half months now, and it's still quite painful and achy at times.

for 2 months I've been having brown/black discharge and some red spotting.

sex is very painful for the first few minutes, despite being regularly sexually active for over 6 months with my boyfriend. I also suffer bright red bleeding after sex and sometimes I have a low sex drive.

i have been suffering with aches and pain throughout my neck, shoulders, back, hips and knees as well as frequent headaches.

is any of this normal, especially the discharge and bleeding?
