Would you take the 🚂 train from Philadelphia to Miami? (It’s about 28 hours in total)

I’m planing on visiting my best friend while my husband is away and I was considering taking the train for this trip. The reason why I was thinking about taking the train is because I’m claustrophobic and I also have a fear of flying (I’m from Europe and every time I go back home I go though panic attacks, I can’t relax ... the whole trip I’m worrying and driving myself crazy lol).
I never took the train in the US. Is it safe? Like I mentioned before, I will be traveling alone.
