bedtime?

my baby has to be up no later than 5:45 am so we can get him ready, fed, and to daycare. He tends to wake up before that though, usually 5 ish.
What time would you put your little one to bed if they had to be up by this time, or were naturally waking up that early?

Me and my little one start our day at 5, he usually wakes up around 5:30 but sometimes he gets up with me at 5, i feed him before daycare also and he likes to go to bed between 5-7, usually around 530 though and i try to make him stay up longer but he doesn’t go for it he fussy till i lay him down and he puts himself to sleep

Our little one has to get up every morning at 6am to get ready for daycare. We have been experimenting with her bed time for a while and found between 7-7:30 works best. Not only does she fall asleep faster and stay asleep for longer but it gives my boyfriend and I some time to ourselves before we go to bed. She is six months now and wakes typically once a night to eat and falls right back to sleep.

I let my daughter tell me when she’s ready, if she wakes up but is still showing sign that she is tired I’ll put her back to sleep :)
