i’m 16 and I went to go get my iud today, I was super nervous all day today. she began to open me up which is when I felt a little bit of pressure then when she measured me that’s when I felt a pinch but that didn’t really hurt, they then had to dilate my uterus because she couldn’t get past that and that’s what hurt the most but after she did that she slid the iud in right away. the pain lasted for 5 seconds but it was worth it. after I was a bit crampy but it was so worth it!!!
