A week ago I had been spotting without contractions and baby was very active. So I called my labor & delivery team & they said It is fine & normal. BUT since then I started having headaches, my sciatica has been out of control & I started releasing some mucus like discharge. Now today I saw that the discharge came out alot more than before but without blood. Could it be my mucus plug? I don't have contractions but the back of my hips had been killing me earlier in the day. I don't know if I should call my labor & delivery team to let them know what I've been noticing since I am 35 weeks & 1 Day. This also is my first pregnancy. Someone please give me some advice 😩
