How long should I wait to take a pregnancy test?

Last month I was not taking my birth control right on time. I would take it a few hours late but never past the 12 hour window. (i heard for combo pills you have 12 hrs to take the pill before it is considered late.)

There was a day during last month where i took two birth control pills in one day by accident and ended up finish my pack a day early and also starting my pack a day early.

When should I take a pregnancy test? It’s been 3 weeks since I had taken the 2 birth control pills on accident.
