What to think???

So I my husband has previously cheated I took him back and I’ve always told him there are things he post that disrespect me and our relationship he posted this on his Facebook which my whole family can see... idk what to do.. I’m sooo mad upset and I been wanting to cry lately me and him have been spending way too much time together. I have my insecurities because of him saying stupid things like this.
