I’m 39 weeks, 4 days. Today I went golfing with my husband and the cart bouncing around was lots of fun. But when I went to the bathroom, I noticed my mucus plug/bloody show had arrived. I was pretty excited. However it was followed by menstrual cramps / bowel movement cramps. I keep feeling I have to go poo but nothing comes out. My lower back is achy. And there is defiantly more pressure on my pelvis. Does this mean I could start having contractions as soon as tonight?
