Baby is kicking SO HARD this morning! Anyone else?

I'm 28 weeks with my baby girl Elizabeth and I can't fall back asleep because she is kicking me so hard

My baby girl is soooo active, like moves a lot every hour or two. Its cute when she just moves or wiggles around. But then she starts kicking and I feel like I could pass out from how intense it is!

I’m 28 weeks. I find sometimes he kicks a lot for, then he doesn’t move for a few hours or more, then moves a lot for a little while. That seems to be his pattern. However I have an anterior placenta which I think is masking some of his movements.
