Caffeine for headache, but pumping?
I am having epidural headaches (not really plural, it’s never ending) because they punctured the dura matter around my spinal cord during my epidural. The only thing really helping is caffeine. But my baby is in NICU and I’m pumping colostrum for when she is ready to eat. Am I putting too much caffeine into her milk?
