How is everyone’s morning sickness going?

I’m pretty nauseous all day myself. 😣

My dr gave me diclegis. She said morning sickness with twins is worst. I take 2 every night before bed and it helps. It’s basically vitamin b12 and some other vitamin.

I’m sick all day but what has helped me kinda cope is I switched to prenatal at night instead of in the day time, the prenatal can be hard on the stomach . And it has helped me a lot I still get sick in the day but it isn’t as bad as it was before the change I take prenatal at 11:30pm or right before bed if I’m in bed before 11:30pm
