Bad dog mom😔

These last two month has been nothing but issues with my dogs , started out with my dog peeing blood, after a pricey vet trip , he has a possible infection we treat he gets better I ask the vet to look at his ears as well he says they are just dirty okay... now my other dog looks like she has allergies fast forward a week Demodex mange great... now my other dog that was peeing blood has a double ear infection😩😫 I just can’t win my poor babies , it makes me think I shouldn’t have gotten dogs because I love them with all my heart but its so damn expensive and I’m worried Im not providing them the best care someone with a better paycheque could provide 😪 I just want happy healthy pups and they keep getting sick.
