So my tooth has been like this for a while but the past few days the brown has gone up the side. I am a coffee drinker and I brush.. not as much as I should but I do brush. It doesn’t hurt or anything but I’m still concerned. Its only this tooth.

Basic dental hygiene should help. Brush twice a day for a full 2 minutes, floss and use mouth wash.

Try flossing a tad bit more and use mouth wash. 
I know this is common sense but a LOT of people don’t do this for some gross reason but also make sure your brushing your teeth TWICE a day for at least a minute.
