Is this a period?

I got my Mirena removed on May 21st. I never really had a period (brown spotting for the most part)so I’m not sure when I was supposed to start. I’ve been spotting for 3 days now. It stops and starts and only comes out when I wipe. Has anyone else’s first period start out this way.
On a side note my husband and I are trying for our 3rd child

I had that exact thing in April when i had mine removed. I stopped having periods years ago but could always tell when i was suppose to be on it bc of very light brown spotting.  A week after removal i had that again. Got an actual period in May. It was lighter than usual pre mirena. But i started again today and its a regular period. Hoping that means my body is back to normal.  We are also trying for our 3rd !
