23+6 Can I sleep on my stomach??

im 23+6 I have been diagnosed with complete placenta previa and possible right accreta. lately my right lower side been hurting realky bad. my son is kicking crazy but is it ok if I lay on my stomach.

I believe it's said to not lay on your tummy due to the discomfort it may cause you. I sleep on either my tummy or back each night. Side sleeping gives me terrible hip pain. Sleep however is comfortable!

Probably not. I’d say back or side would be better so you can keep the pressure off.
