What does it mean when i feel like I'm car sick and motion sickness just from walking or moving around too much?? Like lately I've noticed if im doing things like just walking, running errands or standing up after sitting a while.. I feel like i get dizzy and want to throw up i have to stop and take a minute to take some breaths til the dizziness goes away. I never actually throw up but it feels like i want to. I am late on my period but I have pcos so i dont think I'm pregnant. late periods are pretty normal for me.
