Welp here we are Again!
It is 4:40 approximately 3 minutes shy of the diarrhea episode I had yesterday morning.... just got out of the shower WHY?! Because i just threw up like the exorcist... diarrhea and back pain yesterday vomiting 🤮 and heartburn and mild back pain today FML!
