Hand, Foot, Mouth disease.

I am 36 weeks pregnant and My toddler has hand, foot, mouth disease and I am pretty sure that I have it now. My hands and feet are so sore and have some red bumps. Has anyone ever had it while pregnant. I am worried that if something were to happen and I went into labour early it would be an issue for baby.
