Bumps inside mouth?

Question

Anyone else getting random bumps (maybe sores) inside their mouth? 
They aren’t super painful, only last a day or two, but they’re just annoying.

If you’re eating lots of salty foods it could be Canker sores. I get them every time I eat pretzels...
