For those who have periods (some don't) and you got heavy flow, light flow.
Let's say you bleed on yah clothes. Hydrogen peroxide will take it out. Undies. And anything else. Wash them in cold, I mean cold! Water. Get the blood out. Stains. Hydrogen peroxide. Take a rag, get some of the peroxide on it. And dab dab dab. And done!
