What exactly does STOP trying means?

We been trying for 5 years with no success at all the first 1 year and half I never track or even thought about getting pregnant but after having unprotected intercourse daily I realized why haven't I gotten pregnant? Well that's when we started trying we went to a specialist all of our test came back perfect and Clomid didn't work for us, we been using 4 different kinds of Opk , Pre-Seed, premama fertility, Vitamins , Castor oil, Pineapple core Ext: but nothing seems to work for us. So many ladies on here been telling me stop trying and it will happen but how can you stop trying when all you want and think off is to have a baby
What does stop trying even means? Do you not have sex anymore or do you stop  tracking with opk ? Do you not take vitamins?
Can I hear your story I want to know what you did or stop doing and got pregnant afterwards? I am definitely interested to hear stories from ladies been trying for so long. I know it takes about 1 to 2 years for a healthy couple to get pregnant my so is 33 years old and I am 27 years old. I have two kids ages 8 and 9 from a previous relationship and I would love to give my so a baby.

You stop stressing over ovulation days, temperature, CM, etc. You go on with your life as regular and if you get pregnant you do, and if you don’t you don’t. A lot of time over analyzing all these things has a negative effect on fertility making it harder to get pregnant. Releasing the stress from the situation helps.

I am stopping trying and this to me means don’t use OPK try not to think about it and just have sex every other day through the month and fertile window every day

We conceived after a year of trying, so my situation wasn't over 3 years so it might not be relevant but I'll share anyway in case it's of interest. We tried everything for that year, never conceived. Once we started investigations with the doctor our tests were all coming back with issues. I was really upset and discouraged and we decided to take a month off. We needed a break. I didn't track anything, didn't think about it as best as I could because I honestly was so drained, my mind couldn't stand to obsess for another month. We just had sex when we felt like it and we didn't have any expectations of conceiving.  In my mind it was not going to happen because our results were saying we needed help conceiving so I was 100% sure us having sex would not result in a baby so when we did it that month it was purely because we wanted to. We just enjoyed time together. 2 weeks later I tested because I was used to doing it. I didn't even check the test. I put it on the counter and went back to bed. I was 100% sure in my head it wouldn't be positive so I wasn't even thinking about it. I checked it later and it was positive. I had no symptoms at all. I felt exactly like I do usually. I was still taking my prenatal vitamins but other than that nothing out of the ordinary. I don't think we would have been able to "stop trying" if our test results had come back normal if I'm being honest. We only stopped because we believed we had no hope of conceiving at that point. I wasn't really a choice, more just a natural need for a break plus feeling very discouraged.

I'm not out yet this month, but in the event that I am, we will also stop trying. We've been TTC for a year (the first few months were essentially "not trying" but not preventing). I still don't use OPKs and don't check my BBT because I am already hyper-focused on all of this and I'd really lose my mind. So, to me not trying means just enjoying my fiancé, having sex when we want to, and hope we get pregnant.

Not trying means not tracking of any kind (no bbt, no sex tracking, no OPKs), and just having sex when you feel like. No weird sex schedule hoping that’ll make it happen.  No symptom spotting. No apps. Literally just living your life and having sex when you’re both into it. I personally take a multivitamin daily anyway, so making that a prenatal vitamin is no different from my daily routine as it is.
