Does anyone have crohn’s disease that would be willing to talk to me about it? I’ve had stomach pains and problems for years and I really want to make it manageable to live with

My brother has it & he just had to learn what foods cause flare ups and what foods don’t. He has to stay away from a lot of his favorite foods like fried chicken, bacon, etc.

I have ulcerative colitis, which is very similar to Crohn’s disease (it’s another form of inflammatory bowel disease.) I can try to answer any questions you have :)

I haven’t so I’m not speaking from experience but I remember reading that a vegan diet helped immensely! You could research that! :)
