Baby has 1 enlarged kidney!?

Hoping for someone who has been through this as well... I just had my anatomy scan and was told 1 of my baby boy’s kidneys is measuring larger than the other. I did not get more answers besides that I will have to have another ultrasound done in a few weeks to look at it again.. I’m panicking. Has anyone else had this happen??

Yes, my daughter had this too. I was so worried, but it was no big deal.  They said it would likely correct itself by the time she was born because it was only slightly enlarged, but it didn’t.  She’ll be turning two soon.  They checked it after birth and at 6mo and were supposed to look at it again at 18mo, but we missed the appt.  There’s been no issues with it - literally nothing.
