Everything I’ve read says AF happens 12-16 days after ovulation. I’m 14 dpo now and AF is due today.

My last cycle was 42 days, but I assumed this one would be shorter since I actually tracked my ovulation and figured AF would come 2 weeks after that making it a 36 day cycle this time.

Is it possible that I could have another 42 day cycle even though that means AF would come 20 days after ovulation?

Everything I read says that AF come 12-16 days after ovulation no matter your cycle length.
