I’d say yes to doing an enema, but don’t use the saline solution that comes in the bottle. It’s a laxative and you’ll keep going all night. Just replace the laxative with sterile water and use that instead. Don’t forget to use a lubricant! If it’s your first time relax. Lots of foreplay before. Experiment with fingers.
