Walking hurts 😞

So from a few days ago I can not walk for more than a couple mins because my lower belly will start hurting and gets very hard/stiff . It feels super uncomfortable and it annoys me because now I can’t go anywhere by myself because I have to walk like in slow motion and stand the pain. I’m not sure what’s going on 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m 29 weeks
