Opinions please

So this lady was giving away a free crib on Facebook so I replied and picked it up its a double side drop side crib it has no scratches and looks and works like brand new everything works perfectly I want to know you ladies opinions on drop sided cribs if you've had one before and what are your thoughts I know there's stories online about babies dying but from the ones I've read it was beauty the parents assembled them the wrong way and if worse comes to worse I can call the manufacturer company and get a immobility kit which prevents it from moving please no hate I'm a ftm and I saw this as a great opportunity I mean it's a free crib and her son is 20 years old now and he was jumping in it and everything and its still sturdy I just want to hear opinions
