CONDOM BROKE...

My boyfriend and I were having sex... first it was raw and he came but he pulled out, and next, due to circumstances, he went to put condom on on another round. It broke for he put it on rather not right. It broke due to rough sex, he put it in right after and I haven’t had the chance to notice it. Does anyone had the same issue? What should I do...? I’m freaking out.
