HELP! broken condom found

What do I do, I was having sex with my partner and the condom broke, he told me then took the condom off and continued raw, then he pulled out and came but 2 days later I’m starting to find broken condom in my vagina as I was masturbating , should I be concerned, should I take the morning after pill?
