Depo Shot nausea

I’ve gotten the depo shot twice and this pst shot I’ve had a total lack of appetite. Food never sounds appealing, and when I do eat it almost always makes me feel sick. I have lost 6 lbs in a matter of a few weeks. I researched the shot and it said this is a rare side effect. Any tips on how to work with this?
