Ovulation discharge

My period ended on June 1st lasted about 5 days and yesterday June 9th we had sex in the morning and had just a little bit of brown discharge after sex. Later that night we had sex again and it was a lot more brown discharge durning sex. my ovulation from my calendar says I’m sapoused to ovulate this coming Thursday. What does this brown discharge mean? And I have been have cramps in my middle Abdomen and on left side for three days now.
