11w2d today symptoms are disappearing?

Anyone else with me? My next appointment isn’t until the 22nd. 
My boobs are not sore anymore. I only feel nauseous when I’m hungry and I’m definitely tired.  No cramping or bleeding. I almost feel normal lol 
Praying all is well and I’m just being paranoid.

I’m 10+6 my breasts haven’t been sore for weeks my nipples are tender and I’m still tired I had an ultrasound at 10w and everything was perfect the placenta is starting to take over so for a lot of women that means you should start feel better.  😊

I’m 11 week tomorrow and my symptoms have greatly decreased. I still feel them and  5 out of 7 days I still throw up once in the morning but honestly, 80% better than I was and improving daily!
