I’m getting my first tattoo next month and I want this tattoo of a cat with a heart like this but on my shoulder and bigger, 
The meaning behind it is when I had a miscarriage I got a kitten and he’s been there for me thru that & thru this pregnancy  and all the times I’ve been sad he always follows me around like a little shadow and he means a lot to me.

Tattoo shops usually have a minimum. It’s a small tattoo but the minimum is usually between $80-100

Shops in my area have a min of $40-$60 for opening up inks. Just call different places and see what you can get. I wouldn’t go for the cheapest because it’s the cheapest. Go somewhere that has good quality. Especially since it’s a fine line tattoo
