Hey everyone,

I’m new to ttc. I started my period May 20(lasted 5 days), then spotted for 5 more days, then on May 30, I started bleeding.. like a normal period amount of blood. No clots. I have been bleeding for 13 days as of today. I’ve heard about blood clots forming under the placenta causing bleeding.

I took a HPT yesterday and it was VERY positive. Took another test today to make sure it wasn’t a false positive.. it was positive again. I called my dr and I’m having blood work done today to test my levels of HCG and progesterone.

Has anyone had this happen? If so, what was the diagnosis?
