Are you anxious about this pregnancy?

I'm 11 weeks. I've been battling anxiety throughout - after a loss with my first pregnancy. I thankfully had a healthy 3yo after. I don't have my scan until next week and I'm terrified but i think it'll be ok. well I hope. Anyone else anxious or not at all?

It’s very normal to be anxious in pregnancy however if it gets out of control please talk to your dr. Lots of love to you!

Yes, sometimes I just get crazy anxiety spikes. The only thing I've found that helps is a hot shower and listening to relaxing music. Feeling a lot better after having my first ultrasound and seeing the heart beating.

Same! I lost two in a year and my first appointment is this Friday and I’m terrified. I feel good but still scared

I'm extremely anxious this time around because I developed preeclampsia at 25 weeks with my son and my doctor said I have over a 40% chance of developing preeclampsia again. Even though my son who was born at 29 weeks grew up healthy, I just keep thinking about all the time I spent cooped up in the hospital and how much it hurt to see my little guy hooked up to all those machines. I hope this one doesn't have to go through all that.

I have a two year old and I am a lot more anxious this time. I think i was just naive the first time. But now I really understand the statistics. Not to mention I’m 41! 👵🏻👵🏻

I feel like my anxiety is probably stressing the hell out of my baby💆🏽‍♀️💆🏽‍♀️💆🏽‍♀️ My first pregnancy took years to happen, then we found out it was twins, but lost one after I was 5months in. My little girl is 1 and will be almost 2 when baby arrives but she still sleeps with us, so I’m always uncomfortable and trying to get her to sleep in this crib.. and she had a fever induced seizure last week so I have been on crazy mommy alert all week, trying to make sure my baby is okay and doesn’t have any more seizures.. I really need a break from stressing because it’s taking its toll on me and my body😣😣
