Scheduling induction with another Dr.

Advice Needed!

My due date is Friday (15th). I have a dr appt tomorrow to see if I’ve dilated and schedule an induction date. My whole family is out of town and they are flying in on Thursday. I just found out my dr isn’t available to induce until the 19th which is when my family is due to leave.

So my question is:

Have you ever asked for an induction date with another dr just for timing purposes?
