13 weeks - too early for movement?

This morning I felt a weird sensation... almost like my stomach dropped, the feeling you get when you’re on a rollercoaster. Everything I’ve read says it’s too early to feel movement but is it possible that was the baby? 
First time momma here lol

when I was pregnant with my oldest my mother described the roller coaster drop feeling to me and I was like ".....what?" it sounded crazy to me until I felt it and she was exactly right!
