I'm gonna say right here right now I'm not a doctor and I can't say for sure but I'm really hoping you show this picture to a doctor sweetie cause idk maybe it's just me but at the end it looks like an umbilical cord and there's tissue in it. I recently miscarried and it wouldn't come out on its own so I had to have a dnc today but for the weeks they had me waiting for it to pass me n it's own I was showed multiple pictures by my doctors of what it may look like if it passes and this is verrrry similar. But as I said I'm not a doctor and I swear to god if someone comes on my comment saying no it's not a miscarriage cause mine was like this I'm gonna loose it cause #1 I'm not saying 100% without a shadow of a doubt that it is one or isn't and unless your an obgyn you don't know for sure either and #2 just because you had it one way doesn't mean someone else will have the exact same thing happen. I've had people say after a dnc you bleed like crazy so I went and stocked the hell up on pads and guess what I bled enough to barely fill one pad and now it's practically gone. What I'm getting at is everyone is different so for people to sit here and go on every comment telling her it MAY be a miscarriage to say "no it's not" makes no sense

I often get clots like that on my period, mine vary from almost black to light pink. I wouldn't worry too much, likely uterine lining
