22 days late...

I am 22 days late for af. I am getting faint positives on home tests, had a negative blood test. I called my dr today and he is going to do blood work again but asked me to wait another TWO WEEKS!!!! I have had super mild cramps and some very light spotting (not even pad worthy) I just want to know either way for sure. Has anyone had a late BFP? I am going insane!
