Fetal Doppler at home!?

Hi! 
Anyone else have a fetal Doppler at home? My moms an obgyn nurse & she taught me how to use it. I can find heartbeat quick and only use it 1-2 mins at a time.
I’ve been trying to cut back on how often i use it! It’s just so reassuring after two miscarriages.
Just curious how often everyone uses it!?
(Disclaimer yes I’ve read 50+ articles and blogs on the good & bad of use at home. )

I'm a FTM with serious anxiety after a scare early on. I try to limit it to once a week for just a minute or so because of the risks involved

I use it every other or every 2 days, no more than 5 minutes usually. :) This is my rainbow baby as well so it’s just nice to hear. Plus you can hear her kicking too which I love!

I only use mine 2 times a week one at the beginning of the week an once closer to the end sometimes just once I don’t want to over do it but it’s fun to hear baby kick

I use it once a week when I turn a new week. I'm 15w with kiddo #3 so should feel kicks soon and won't need it anymore.

I use it every other day or so. Never for more than 5 minutes at a time. Definitely helps since we had a miscarriage in January
