Sex every day? Or every other day?

What are your thoughts? Fertile week is here and I want to know what is better for our chances of conceiving!

Every other day and I really suggest opks glow is way off abount fertile weeks most the time .

Totally agree on the Every other day and checking OPK though glow was right, at least in March. 
I had used another app that I had a lot more information entered into and it said I ovulated on day 20. Glow was right with day 14 per my positive OPK and it worked!! 
We BD’d every other day that week. Though I think we BD on my two peak days that I got with the OPK.
